In preparation for the 2026-2027 school year, every interdistrict and intradistrict transfer needs to be renewed.  For this reason, the Pupil Services Department has established a priority transfer submission window, which begins on Monday, March 2, 2026, and ends on Friday, May 22, 2026. Transfers submitted after May 22, 2026, may not be considered until the start of the 2026-2027 school year. 

The Pupil Services Department will be collecting inter-district and intra-district transfers during the dates mentioned above, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

The Pupil Services Department will also be collecting inter-district and intra-district transfers via a contactless process. The applications will need to be downloaded from the district website (https://www.sysdschools.orgs ) and completed. Once you have completed the application, scan and submit it, along with supporting documents, to transfers@sysdschools.org.

En preparación para el año escolar 2026-2027, todas las transferencias interdistritales e intradistritales deben ser renovadas. Es por eso por lo que el Departamento de Servicios Estudiantiles ha establecido una ventanilla de prioridad para someter transferencias que es a partir del lunes 2 de marzo de 2026 y termina el viernes 22 de mayo de 2026. Transferencias sometidas después del 22 de mayo podrían no ser consideradas hasta el inicio del nuevo año escolar 2026-2027.

El Departamento de Servicios Estudiantiles estará recolectando las transferencias durante las fechas arriba mencionadas de 9:00 a.m. a 4:00 p.m.

El Departamento de Servicios Estudiantiles también estará recolectando las transferencias interdistritales e intradistritales a través de un proceso sin contacto. Las solicitudes deberán descargarse del sitio web del distrito (https://www.sysdschools.org) y completarse. Una vez que haya completado la solicitud, hay que enviarla al correo electrónico:transfers@sysdschools.org.

• Outgoing (new and renewal) Inter-District Attendance Transfer Permits will be processed beginning in April 2026, with an approved District Agreement.
• Incoming (new and renewal) Inter-District Attendance Transfer Permits will be accepted beginning March 2, 2026. Notifications of application status will begin in June 2026.
